Each TV that the customer wants to view Vexus TV on will need a streaming box. We'd like for the customer to rent the HD Eboxes from us. But, if they have an Apple TV, Fire Stick or other Android streaming device, they can download the app and stream from there as well.

Video Add-Ons:
Spanish Tier, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz and Encore packages require a bundle with Expanded Basic or Digital Preferred TV. You cannot add to a bundle with Limited Basic TV. Sports Tier requires a bundle with Digital Preferred TV. You cannot add to a bundle with Limited Basic or Expanded Basic TV.

Enter the 4-digit code that the new customer chooses. This is the code they will need to provide in order to access their account in the future.
This is the security question that the new customer must answer correctly if they are unable to remember their Security Code / Account Pin. Please choose one of the options listed below.
A credit check is required for Video service. Please ask the customer if they consent to the credit check and select the appropriate box. Customer may be required to pay up to $50 per piece of equipment as a result of the credit check or if they decline consent to run the credit check.
