Company Unveils New Retail Store to Support Customers in Louisiana
Lake Charles, LA (June 20, 2023) – Vexus Fiber, (“Vexus”), a leading provider of high-speed fiber-optic internet and advanced telecommunications services, is thrilled to announce the recent Grand Opening of its new store and office in Lake Charles, LA on June 20, 2023. This milestone marks a significant expansion for Vexus as it continues to bring high-speed connectivity and exceptional customer service to communities across the region.
The event took place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the store’s location at 2912 Ryan Street in Lake Charles. The newly renovated building will serve as a one-stop shop for residents and businesses, provide a space for new or existing customers, and provide office space for all of Lake Charles operations including regional management, sales staff, field operations, technicians, and construction. The retail store will provide a space for new or existing customers to speak face-to-face with local Vexus representatives about their services, ask billing questions, schedule installations or service calls, and even request a demo of some of the cutting-edge products that Vexus provides.
