ADDITIONAL FEATURES AVAILABLE:

Directory Listing Non-Listed:Non-Listed means the customer’s phone number will not be listed in the phone book. However, it will be available if someone requests it through Directory Assistance.
Directory Listing Non-Published:This means the customer’s phone number will not be listed in the phone book or available through Directory Assistance.
Foreign Exchange Service:This feature will provide a local Lubbock number to a business in Wolfforth to use to place calls to Lubbock at a local calling rate. (*only available in Wolfforth)
Telebranch:A telebranch is an assigned phone number that does not actually exist, but points to another existing phone number.
Toll Restriction:This allows the customer to restrict outgoing toll calls.
Voicemail Basic:This is voicemail service with standard features that a customer can use to access voicemails, change their greeting, etc.
Voicemail Basic with Hunt:This is voicemail service as described above, except with additional features. For example, if someone calls and there is no one to answer, instead of sending the call to voicemail, you could have the call roll over to another number where someone could answer it.
NOTE: It is recommended that any lines that are intended to be connected to a key system be ordered and installed with no hook flash based features or Call Waiting. These would be features like Three-Way Calling, Call Transfer and Voicemail. These features are generally provided within the key system. Activation of these features may interfere with the operation of the key system. However, this is not always the case and it is very important that customer needs are accurately determined when selling to customers with key systems.
