FAQs

How much is the referral credit and how many people can I refer?

Referring customer will get a $50 credit for each eligible referral. The Referral Program is limited to 24 referral credits in a calendar year (maximum annual credit of $1,200).

Who is eligible?

Referral credit offer available to current Vexus customers. Customer must complete the online referral form in order be eligible for the credit (www.ntscom.com/referral). The Referral must reside in a Vexus serviceable residence/business, not currently subscribe to any Vexus services, cannot reside in an active Vexus customer’s address, and cannot reside in any address where there is a bulk billing arrangement. Any new customers whom you refer must sign up for Vexus service within 30-days of the referral submission. Former customers whose service has been disconnected for less than 90-days, or who have back balances outstanding, will not qualify for the referral credit. Referring or referred customer cannot be a Vexus Employee.

Are there any limitations to my getting a credit?

Yes. You need to be a current customer in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) with Vexus at both the time of referral and when the referral is ready to post to your account. The referral is not valid if it is received after the prospective customer has placed an order with Vexus and is awaiting installation. The new referred customer must be installed, maintain active service for at least 60 days and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) at the time the credit is posted to the referring customer’s account.

If I have unused credits and I cancel my Vexus services, will I be reimbursed for those credits?

No. Any unused credits shall expire upon cancellation of service for any reason and cannot be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash or refund.

How will I be credited?

Credit will be applied to referring customer’s account after referral is installed with service, maintains active service for 60-days, and is in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) after 60-days. Credit shall apply to future Vexus services and can not be used for past due balances.

How will my referral be contacted?

An Vexus Sales Representative will contact your referral at the phone number you provide.

Will I be contacted with a status of my credit?

Yes, after the referral is submitted, Vexus will respond to you via email letting you know the status of the referral. If you would like to inquire about the status of your credit, you will need to call 800-658-2150.

I submitted a referral credit for my friend, they signed up for service, but I never got my credit?

You will need to call 800-658-2150 to verify your eligibility of the credit.

Contact Vexus for details. The Vexus Referral Program is available to current Vexus Customers who refer a friend to sign up for Vexus Service. The current Vexus Customer must have active service and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) at the time of the referral. The referred friend must be in a Vexus serviceable area, not currently subscribe to any Vexus services, sign up for new Vexus service within 30-days of the referral, and once installed must maintain service and be in good standing (i.e., no past due balances) for a minimum of 60-days before the referral credit can be processed. After the 60-days, if both customers have active service and are in good standing (i.e., no past due balances), the referring Vexus Customer will receive a $50 referral credit applied to their next billing statement. The Vexus Referral Program is not available to Vexus employees. The maximum number of referral credits that can be applied to a customer account is 24 per calendar year.
